15 U.S.C. § 1679c — Provided as a Matter of Transparency
We are not a credit repair organization. Brightpath Ascend Personal Solutions® is a federal consumer protection advocacy firm. We identify violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, calculate statutory damages, and pursue remediation through regulatory complaints and pre-arbitration proceedings.
We do not promise to improve credit scores. We do not charge fees for removing negative information. We enforce federal law on behalf of consumers harmed by inaccurate or unlawful credit reporting.
We provide the following disclosures as a matter of consumer transparency, not because CROA mandates them.
Your Rights Under Federal Law
Regardless of whether you engage any organization, you have the following rights at no cost:
Right to Dispute Directly
You may dispute inaccurate information directly with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax at no charge under 15 U.S.C. § 1681i.
Right to Free Credit Reports
You are entitled to one free credit report from each bureau every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com or by calling 877-322-8228.
Accurate Info Cannot Be Removed
No organization can legally remove accurate, current, and verifiable negative information from your credit report.
No Contract Required
You are not required to sign any agreement with Brightpath Ascend Personal Solutions or any other organization to exercise your rights.
How Brightpath Ascend Personal Solutions Charges
Fees are charged only after dispute correspondence has been prepared and transmitted via USPS certified mail on your behalf. We do not charge for services not yet performed. All fees are disclosed in your service agreement before work begins. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your service agreement with Brightpath Ascend Personal Solutions within three (3) business days of signing, for any reason, without charge. To cancel, send written notice to:
